Soprano Production ("Soprano", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect on sopranoproduction.com, why, how we protect it and what your rights are, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.

For any question, access request or complaint about your personal information, please write to this address.
2. Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us:
- Through the quote form: type of event, services needed, date, guest count, venue, name, email, phone (optional) and your message.
- By email, phone or WhatsApp: whatever information you choose to share with us.
We never ask for sensitive information (health, finances, social insurance number, etc.). Please do not include any in the form.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your request and prepare a quote.
- To plan, coordinate and deliver your event if you hire us.
- To communicate with you about your event.
We do not use your information for any other purpose without your consent. We never sell or rent your personal information, and we never add you to a mailing list without your agreement.
4. Consent
By submitting the form or writing to us, you consent to our use of your information for the purposes described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@sopranoproduction.com. We do not knowingly collect information about people under 14.
5. Service providers and transfers outside Quebec
To run the website and handle your requests, we use well-known service providers. Some of them store data outside Quebec, including in the United States. Before choosing them, we assessed that they provide adequate protection for your information.

6. Cookies and tracking
This website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. Our technical providers (Cloudflare, Google Fonts) may log connection data, such as your IP address, to keep the site secure and working. If we ever add an audience measurement tool, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
7. Retention
- Request that does not lead to a contract: kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then destroyed.
- Clients: kept for the duration of the event, then for the period required by tax and accounting laws (generally 6 years).
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information: encrypted connection (HTTPS), access limited to those who need it, accounts protected by strong passwords and two-step verification. If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious harm, we will notify the people affected and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as required by law.
9. Your rights
At any time, you can:
- access the information we hold about you;
- have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
- withdraw your consent or ask for it to be deleted;
- ask to receive it in a structured, commonly used technological format (portability).
